The National Indian Gaming Commission’s annual fee rate remains the same as last year, maintaining the lowest rates of the last nine years.

The fee rates are effective November 1, 2019, and will remain in effect until new rates are adopted. These rates shall apply to all assessable gross revenues from each gaming operation under the jurisdiction of the NIGC.
This year’s fingerprint fee will increase for the first time since 2016 to meet Federal Bureau of Investigation requirements. The fingerprint processing fee is $22 per card, a $4 increase from the previous fee. The increase for this year’s fingerprint fee is a result of bolstering information security systems and additional measures necessary to ensure compliance with FBI requirements.
