The National Indian Gaming Commission has adopted its 2018 annual fee rates, which remain the same as the 2017 fee rates. These rates apply to all assessable gross revenues from each gaming operation under the jurisdiction of the NIGC. If a Tribe has a certificate of self-regulation under 25 CFR part 518, the annual fee rate on Class II revenues will be one-half of the annual fee rate.

Tier 2 (Self-Regulation): 0.031%
The fee rates are effective November 1, 2018, and will remain in effect until new rates are adopted.
The NIGC has also adopted its 2018 final fingerprint processing fees of $18 per card effective November 1, 2018. These fees remain the same as current fingerprint processing fees.
